I attended Rehana's Mehndi class level and enjoyed it so much that I enrolled onto level 2!

Rehana is an expert mehndi artist and I have learnt so much through her teachings. She is an excellent artist and very patient. She goes through her designs step by step so you can grasp the basics of this art. She then incorporates more complicated designs so as to enhance your skills further.

This book is an excellent aid for beginners and gives you ideas to create your own designs.

This book is a must for anyone who has ever admired mehndi design. And if this beautiful art is new to you, it is a practical guide for the complete beginner as well as improvers.

Giving all the basics step by step, then leading you on to develop your own design. It is clearly and thoughtfully layed out.

If you do not have the opportunity to attend any of her courses or workshops this is definitely the very next best option

I recently attended a 20-week Mehndi course by Rehana. It was a very enjoyable learning experience and I came away having gained a lot of knowledge, including history of this special subject.

Having leant the basic skills of this technique involving how to mix the Henna and how to apply it to the skin, this can then be used in many other ways. Designs from other cultures and beliefs; Chinese, Celtic and Zodiac can be applied in the same way.

It is only a temporary tattoo, which will last a few days, I always do my own and it is a good feeling to be able to achieve this.
